These are the main workouts that specialize in strengthening the muscles in the section chosen. None of these workouts need equipment or weights except for one, calfs, where there is one exercise on jumping rope. Each exercises is 50 seconds long with a 10 second rest I'm between each exercise. Each workout is cardio in itself while also strenghthening your muscles. These all help your fitness. Videos will be provided coming soon.
